Roman Bystrianyk is a researcher, author, and medical historian who has been covering the topic of measles very closely. He is best known as the co-author of the book "Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines, and the Forgotten History," published in 2013 with Dr. Suzanne Humphries, a nephrologist and licensed medical doctor. Their collaboration challenges conventional wisdom on the role of vaccines and medical interventions in the decline of infectious diseases.
